This month’s Patreon-supported commentary podcast finds us looking back at the world’s introduction to Seabound as a project and Frank Spinath as a vocalist in the German duo’s 2001 debut No Sleep Demon. How has the record’s combination of contemporaneous futurepop and more established synthpop sounds fared in the twenty years since? What can we learn from the first group of lyrical narrators Spinath introduces to us in exquisite psychological detail? And why exactly might have Jesus Christ died with a hard-on? All these issues and plenty more await in the latest episode of We Have A Commentary.
